Terra Made Studios is committed to providing you with the best shipping experience. We use sustainable packaging and aim to minimise our carbon footprint.
Our shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we strive to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner (3 to 5 days for ready to sent items and 2 to 3 weeks for pre-order items - unless mentioned otherwise in product description).
We ship worldwide via Australia Post.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Terra Made, every piece is naturally dyed, crafted in small batches, and made with intention. Because of our natural dyeing process, slight colour variations or gentle fading over time are completely normal and part of each piece’s unique character.
We want you to truly love your item, so if something doesn’t feel right, please reach out as we’re always happy to chat.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged or faulty.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or additional details to help resolve the issue quickly.
Returns
Returns are accepted only for damaged or faulty items.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and assess the returned item, we’ll process your refund.
